We will propose financing structures for future development, advise on the choice of stock exchange and design an IPO plan. We will lead negotiations and cooperation with the exchange on the design of the technical solution.
We prepare the valuation and parameters of the IPO, cooperate on the necessary documents and on the design of the strategy related to the stock exchange entry. We create and present analyses or provide analytical reports required for the IPO.
We can advise on the selection of a legal advisor experienced in the complexities of IPOs. We coordinate the process with the lawyers and review the documentation. We also assist in the conversion of the company and due diligence. We assist in the drafting of the share prospectus and related documentation.
We provide promotion, presentation and communication with institutional and retail investors (roadshow) throughout the IPO process. We negotiate and arrange the sale of shares through the members of the stock exchange (securities dealers, banks, etc.). We create PR and marketing documents and communicate with the media.
We will advise on the subsequent fulfilment of information obligations towards investors and institutions.
